Today was a slower day. Since I have been adjusted to the novelty of trying new things, I went into today with the expectations of learning how to do some new things, however, there were a lot of tasks that needed to be accomplished for the park party tomorrow. As I went about the tasks, there were a couple of times where I needed to give myself an attitude check.
I wasn’t in a bad mood, but it was one of those days where I felt some of my enthusiasm slipping. I think that days like today are good for me, because they teach me:
1. It is very important to do everything to the best of your ability, even if it is something that feel repetitive or mundane; work at it with all of your heart.
2. Slow days help you remember the value of learning new things and taking a special appreciation in all of the fabulous and adventurous days that you have had.
